Decent book, lacks some explanations IMO

I started reading this book and it is a decent book. I think some of the explanations lack sufficient detail and it takes a while to figure out what the author is talking about. Comparing to other science books, I feel like it is not as clear... but I don't know of any other chemical kinetics book that would be better to recommend.
