Yes, a must read! What an amazing work of pouring out true reflection, awareness, vulnerability and care for humanity. T.J. has truly hit a chord of capturing the culture of our business world and its effects on the SELF. His words are so timely in our state of the world today and his advice and lessons learned are incredibly valuable to our existence in moving forward in life and to lead with CARING. Wow. This book has it all! TJ's stories and ideas are a refreshing new look at life, both in and outside of the workplace. Finally, a motivational/leadership book written by the everyman. TJ seems very authentic with his caring ways, and it is inspiring to see how he has overcome his adversities through life.
The Caring Warrior is a must read for any leaders, or aspiring leaders to learn how to get the most out of their team with a few simple steps! Overall, a great book for anyone looking to be a better person and leader. Highly recommended!

Incredible lessons for leadership and life!

This book is a testament to good leadership in all aspects of one’s life. TJ’s passion for people and making sure they are realizing their goals is infectious! This book points out all the ways we all give in to the grind and forget about the things that really matter in life; the people we connect with every day. TJ’s anecdotes help show examples of where being a Caring Warrior is not only helpful, but necessary. This book helps bring back the “human” in our being. Clearly TJ’s strength is leadership skills, but more than that, his strength lies in connecting with people. He clearly shows that it is important to care about who we are, what we do, and all the ways we connect in this world. The world would be a better place if we all picked up the sword of the Caring Warrior!
